Biographical Information for Brian Traboulay

Brian was born and raised in the Caribbean on the island of Trinidad and moved to Vancouver, Canada to attend high school and University. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) with a Major in Biochemistry and Minor in Organic Chemistry.  Brian also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Brian has had a lifelong interest in and passion for real estate. His keen eye for design and architecture has lead him to pursue this

Brian has over 25 years of sales experience and has spent the majority of his professional career in the life insurance industry contracted with American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL) which is a subsidiary of Torchmark Corporation and operates internationally in Canada, the United States and New Zealand.  AIL has been recognized by Forbes as #24 out of the Top 50
Happiest Companies To Work For in 2018.  His record sales and unrelenting work ethic have earned Brian recognition seven times by AIL as one of the “Top 10 Ranked Sales Agents” internationally by sales volume and twice as the “Top #1 Ranked Sales Agent” internationally by sales volume.

Brian has been a qualifying member of AIL’s Chairman’s Club/President’s Club twelve times in his career which recognizes “Top Sales Production” on the basis of volume, quality and consistency.  His skills, dedication, hard-work and leadership abilities led him
into higher levels of management within AIL. Brian has been a Regional Manager for multiple AIL offices in the provinces of
British Columbia and Ontario and in the States of Oregon and Hawaii.

In 2005, Brian became a partner in Altig International as the Provincial Director of Ontario while maintaining his management status within AIL.  In 2012, Brian achieved Executive status within AIL as an independent agency owner, operating multiple offices in Southwestern Ontario. In 2014, Brian earned the distinction of being appointed to the prestigious ‘Executive Council’ of American Income Life Insurance Company as one of the top agency owners in all of North America.

Brian is an avid collector of fine art and a car enthusiast. He has traveled to more than forty countries and has an affinity for architecture and design. He also enjoys an active lifestyle, experiencing various world cultures, and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Brian is a loving husband and a proud father of his three children. He and his wife Nicole reside in London, Ontario with their son Enzo to be close to extended family. Brian’s daughters Alexa and Krista both currently reside in Vancouver where they attend school.

From his time living in Hawaii, Brian continues to live his life with Aloha. Aloha is not only a word that represents hello and goodbye, it is an attitude and way of living that expresses compassion, kindness, patience, respect, unity, togetherness, affection, empathy, peace and love. Aloha means we are able to recognize and appreciate the uniqueness and differences each of us bring into this world and to honour and respect your family, friends and all the people that pass through your life.  In Hawaiian culture, living Aloha is the secret to a full and happy life.
